Luxury motor-vehicle manufacturer Rolls-Royce and celebrated Japanese architect Kengo Kuma have united to develop a bespoke model of the Dawn Rolls-Royce. After four years of intensive research and engineering, the technical team at Italian furniture house Paola Lenti has developed a coating solution that considerably increases the performance of the mono-material yarn called Twiggy. The brand says that the new yarn will deliver incredible performance when put to use in the manufacture of outdoor furniture, while also respecting the environment. Twiggy is an evolution of the polyolefin yarn that Paola Lenti first started using for its outdoor furniture fabrics 20 years ago.
